It is such a great idea to start journaling as a dancer because we all know how not just physically challenging it is, but also mentally challenging. I think it is really great that you are sharing and promoting these activities though and I am sure that many dancers find this very helpful. I know I would have, and I am definitely going to share this with my friends who are still dancing!
