Sanctioned Interpretations
The purpose of this Communiqué is to advise all IATF-recognized certification bodies, certified organizations, and other key stakeholders that the IATF has approved additional Sanctioned Interpretations (SI 11-21) and a revised SI 2 related to Rules 5th edition and has approved an additional Sanctioned Interpretation (SI 19) related to IATF 16949:2016.

• CB Communique 2020-009 – Rules SIs for CARA and IATF

The SIs for Rules 5th Edition address the release of CARA, (Common Audit Report Application).

• Rules 5th Edition Sanctioned Interpretations (SIs) #1-21

The SI for IATF 16949:2016 is related to section 8.4.2.4 (Supplier Monitoring)

To avoid wasting of time on comparing wording of current and previous SI, in my opinion IATF should implement procedure - last time blue is black now.
IATF 16949 SI#19 is easy to find, but SI#4 not.
Correct me if I am wrong, the only change is note 2? I haven't saved previous issue of SI to be 100% sure.
