Hi all,
Although I'm not new here, I was away for a long time and my previous account has been deleted. I'm back with a new account.
I'm the management representative of an accredited certification body, we have ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 27001, ISO 45001, ISO 22000 and also ISO 17024 and ISO 17065 accreditations. We are planning to extend our accreditation scope with ISO 20000-1 accreditation. Although I have read the whole ISO 20000 series standards, starting with ISO 20000-6, I could not find any information on the technical areas to be used by the CB. Will we assign the IAF codes to applicants just as we do for ISO 9001 or will we have to develop new codes for technical areas just as we do for ISO 27001?
