Qualify to API 5CT - 10th edition

Solid round bar in grade AISI 420/L80-13Cr meeting API 5CT-9th Edition, could anyone suggest how to qualify this bar to API 5CT – 10th edition

Hello Nels, to qualify a material as per API 5CT 10th Edition, which is already confirming to API 5CT-9th Edition, You need to check the below mentioned material requirement with API 5CT-10th Edition;
1- Chemical compostion
2- Mechanical Properties
3- Testing requirements
4- Purchase Test Specification (PTS of material) if have,
5- Testing menthods etc.
