2-3/8" PAC thread mentioned in API 7-2, Annex as "Non-preferred connections". is it monogrammable?

Dear,
If any connection in API 7-2 refere as "Non-preferred connections" it means that is not the part of API 7-2, So it will not be monogrammable. You can only apply the requirement as API 7-2.
The API Monogram Program only applies to preferred connections that meet the requirements of API Spec 7-2. This is because non-preferred connections may not be as reliable or as well-supported as preferred connections. As a result, the API does not want to put its stamp of approval on these connections.
