Rejection of IMDS if already accepted

Hi,
I would need some help, could somebody tell, or provide step by step guidance on how to reject an IMDS entry if it was already accepted priorly?

This is what has happen

Tier two submits to tier one - one accepts and includes the tier two part in an assembly to OEM
OEM rejects assembly from tier one, Tier one gets stuck holding the bag so to speak

The only way to fix is Tier one calls/emails problem to tier two
Tier two repairs /1 and submits it as /2
