TBBP-A and MCCP additions to ROHS

I read sometime back that there was a recommendation to include medium chain chlorinated paraffins (MCCPs) and tetrabromobisphenol A (TBBP-A) to ROHS. There was suppose to be an adoption plan published at the end of 2022. I can't find anything. Does anyone know what the status of this is?

According to the EC site, the Commission plans to adopt the related restriction initiative for Q4 2023.

If the last amending Delegated Directive, (EU) 2015/863, is anything to go by, there would be a 3-4 year transition period following formal publication.
