I am entering a weight for 1 item that we made 0.0336kg which I entered and the calculated weight is 0.0202kg which the system entered. The deviation comes to -99.94% and I am getting a warning of Deviation must not exceed 10% for components with a weight of greater than equal to 1g and less than 100g. I don't know what to do.

If your item is assembled - the calculated weight must equal the declared weight on your PPAP +/- 10%.

if your item is a solid substance (a metal bracket) - no subassembly - there will be 0 deviation

.

I don't understand what it is or how you come up with -99.94%?

But I can see the calculated weight is about 60% of the actual weight.

Coating thickneses can cause significant variation in actual use. I've had a few e-coaters and zinc platers use "the more is better" philosopy during the PPAP phase.
