I am working on a project for ISO 20400:2017 Implementation in one of India's biggest power distribution company. We have worked out on policies, strategicies, documentation, but we are stuck on the categorization and risk assessment of criteria for determination of risks related to procurement.
Can anybody suggest me:
1. how can i establish a criteria for various material/service/equipment/etc. for a power company?
2. some risk assessment techniques which can help use to understand risks of the organization?
this is something, that i am planning to do... give comments.
