Yes, really...Really?
What software are these OEMs mandating? There's nothing in their CSRs stating this (that I can find)...
Thank you

They do not specify a specific brand of software, but Ford does specify requirements that FMEA software must meet, such as 1) foundation FMEA, 2) connectivity between the foundation FMEA and all of the part-specific FMEAs, 3) connectivity with other documents such as control plans, work instructions, etc. and 4) support for reverse FMEAs. Excel cannot meet those requirements.
See Ford Motor Company Customer-Specific Requirements For IATF-16949:2016 Effective 03-Jan-2022, page 21, section 8.3.2.1 Design and development planning — supplemental, FMEA software (page 22).
Ford is requiring suppliers to use software that aligns with Foundation FMEA and Part FMEA. For forward model programs, the deadline is July 1, 2022, while the deadline for all Foundation PFMEAs and subsequent updates is December 31, 2022. Check with Ford supplier quality if you still question it.
Do you know what kind of software FORD use?

Does Ford now use Plato, or AIAG Core tools, or …? Sorry, if my question was unclear.Ford is not specifying a specific software, only the requirements that the software must meet, specifically:
