VDA 6.3 questionnaire form

Good day Elsmar family;
This may sound odd, but I am simply not able to locate a fully functioning VDA 6.3 questionnaire form (even from VDA/QMC).

I have a sample/partially functioning form provided by Omnex, but need a fully functioning version.

Any help would be appreciated.

We have this on file but I never used it.

The revision date of this file is 2013. VDA 6.3 has been revised in 2016.

Then you should buy the most recent one.

That is the old version too. the newest edition (3rd) of VDA 6.3 was published in Dec 2016, and they planned to release the 4th edition by end of this year.
You should contact VDA QMC or a licensee of VDA QMC to get the file for free in excel or you can buy the audit tool from the website of VDA QMC (99 Euro)
