I am having doubts about the testing of one device having an integrated FCC pre-certified Wi-Fi module that if the RF module is pre-certified then would the device need to get tested according to both 47 CFR - Part 15 - Subpart C - Section 15.207 and 15.209 & 47 CFR - Part 15 - Subpart B - Section 15.107 and 15.109 OR it would only be necessary to test the device according to 47 CFR - Part 15 - Subpart B - Section 15.107 and 15.109 due to the use of pre-certified module with all radios turned off?
The FCC pre-certified module is going to be integrated in the device considering all the information provided from the module manufacturer end & guidelines provided by FCC so that it would not lead to any re-cert requirements for the same.
Any advise is appreciated.
