Looking for a recommendation for an EU MDR Importer

Does anyone have a recommendation for an EU medical device importing company (compliant with MDR)? Our company is in contact with MedEnvoy and Kinesis, but we are wondering if anyone here has had a good experience with a different company.

Importers are proving hard to find for SME's it appears. I've spoken to the 2 companies you mentioned above plus one other and they all have different views of the requirements. 1 company said the importer needs to receive the devices and inspect them, the other 2 said they can review our documentation / labelling etc. without physically receiving the devices.

Hi, I'm curious about which company you eventually chose as the importer. Because our company is currently considering choosing one of these two companies as an importer, would it be possible for you to provide your choice as a reference? Thank you.

@ncase , are you able to provide any feedback on either MedEnvoy or Kinesis? My company is looking to use one of those as an importer for Europe and I'm hoping to get some feedback on one or both.
