UKCA - Document Checklist?

Hi,

We will be applying for UKCA marking as a self-certified IVD.

Does anybody have a checklist of what documents we are expected to have on file for this? The gov.uk website doesn't seem to be super helpful.

Look at the "Technical Documentation" and the "Essential Requirements (Checklist)" under EU IVDD as the UKCA marking is heavily reliant on MDD and IVDD.
