Medical Device Registration in Qatar

Hello to all. I'm looking for any information on Medical Device Registration in Qatar. Our products are class 2b. Does Qatar need registration for import Medical Devices?

I can not find good information from the Qatar MOH website. Best I can find is in 2018, " in Qatar, Currently, medical devices do not require registration, but they do require an import permit, which must be obtained by a local authorized representative. " Is it still valid or not?

We operate that the Qatar MOH website is still correct. Registration is needed for tender participation.

Is there any update in this issue? We want to enter qatari market with class IIa.
