Gap Document for MDSAP?

We are currently cleared in the USA, EU MDD, and other countries but we have our desk audit for MDSAP in April. We want to list in the USA, Canada, and Australia under MDSAP. I was hoping There existed a gap-type listing document of requirements so I might convene a meeting and go to each line to detect a gap and create an action plan before our April desk audit. Any good sources?
