Compatibility Report for third-party software

Hi,
I'm asked to provide Compatibility Reports for the third-party software that we declared in our "about" section of our MD SW.
Would you please advise which contents are expected or would you have a template to share?

Who is asking and what is the basis of their request (i.e., are they asking for compliance to a particular aspect of a particular standard)?
