PPAP order of documents (cover page & PSW)

Do you all create a cover page for a PDF binder of the PPAP documents? Then include the warrant at the very end because it's #18?

Or do you use the warrant as the cover page of all the documents. e.g. level 3 PPAP.

Thanks!

I imagine you are making this for a customer, yes? If so, what do they ask for? I know that my suppliers give me documentation as it is completed and I attach it in a database record. I like to place the Design Review first, but after that it matters little or not at all.

Customer doesn’t specify. I’m not really looking for one customers feedback but if an organization has solidified a general approach I’d love to hear it.

It has been a long time since I had to PPAP, but I always used the Warrant as the cover sheet followed by dimensional/material results, APQP documents (i.e., FMEA, control plan, capability, etc.) and drawings last.

Probably because you need to complete everything else before you can honestly complete and sign off on the warrant. However, I put it first in the package because that is the first thing that the customer will want to see.
