Benchmarking and tracking Nonconformities - Template?

Hello.
I believe somebody has already made similar thread, but I could not find any.
I was assigned a task and as I am quite new to the Production quality I need a little help.
Because now we are making a new "model" line which will represent our best of during chairman visit.
We are producing a Bead Wire and I need to make a quality monitoring chart, where on daily basis I will be checking all the NCs produced.
Then we will review and make some kind of action plan to prevent happening this NCs.
I need to watch how many NCs were produced on exact date, shift, what kind of NC, kanban and if it was released or scrapped, with some graphs etc...
Can you help me with this kind of template please?

If you make a list of NCs in Microsoft Excel (or any computer spreadsheet), there is a command to create a Pareto chart. A Pareto chart shows the sorted frequency of categories of defects. If you need instruction or examples, you should find countless examples and videos for Pareto chart on the Internet. that is my advice.
