I trust you are all well. We have, as a company, changed our ERP system. The C of C section does not contain a signature field natively on the output document, whereas our previous ERP system had a default signature field.
I have been looking through requirements for Certificates of Conformance. We do not export goods outside of the UK.
Would the statement "Product released by *username* electronically on *date/time that the transaction was made"?
This is completely assuming there are no Customer requirements that mandate a signature!
