Is it the depth of the tap drill that is in question?

When measuring with pins, keep in mind that there is a chamfer at the end of the pin that will give a false reading, so we grind the end of the pin to make a sharp corner.

Not ,depth of tap drill is it queastion about measurement of position threaded holes . I think that both company use a wrong pins and
interpretation of measurement is wrong . I think that we have to measuring in 5mm height cylinder and find extreme point but they ask from us to measure much heigher this cylinder and project cylinder on 5mm height .

So if it is the thread depth, I normally use the thread gauge itself for that. One could also make a threaded gauge with a specified height; is that what I'm seeing here? I cannot zoom the drawing in enough to be able to tell.
A 1mm tolerance is fairly large. I must be missing something here.
