Gooday, i just finish integrating my company on the 3 management system (ISO 9001.ISO 14001 and ISO 45001. but the greatest challenge am faced with is to develop IMS minutes of management review meeting. Please i need your assistance on this subject matter. Thanks, i appreciate your concern

What help do you need in the management review? You just need cover the inputs & outputs specified in clause 9.3 to comply with it.

1st there is no requirement to have a meeting, none whatsoever.
2nd Management Review is formatted just like a checklist so why deviate from an already developed format?
3rd each standard has many of the exact same requirements that use the exact same language for management review so integrate them and then those that are different add them in.
It ain't that hard.

This. Plus @Francis A, you say you "finished integrating the 2 management systems". If you are trying to still figure out management review, then you did NOT finish integrating the management systems.
AS per above - the standards tell you the inputs to mgt rev and the outputs - just present your minutes like that.
