Corrective Action Request Software/platform recommendation

Would like to find out how is your organization record the CAR process.. Using manual pdf form or any software that your organization is using?
Researched quite a few QMS software which comes with CAR tracking feature but unsure which is suitable...

We use JobBoss / E2 with the ISO module. Tracking NC's and CAR's is a breeze, and it records an audit trail anytime someone modifies the report. It is also possible to export the reports to a spreadsheet to give you a good overall view during management reviews and audits. The software also aids in Document control, tracking rev changes and proposal/approval of documents. Once the growing pains were through I've learned to really like the software, though I'm sure it's a little pricey for some shops. I'm not a sales person, just a guy at a little shop that's been using this setup for over five years.

The company I am with now uses Plex UX. This is because we use Plex for all of our MRP/ERP activities.

It's all online and very detailed. I like it.

The Texas two-step here:
1) Actual CAR Form(s) via MS Forms software
2) Tracking/Monitoring CAR progress via Share Point

Yep it involves a degree of manual effort, but a least in the present case works good...of course periodic meetings to address "CAR exceptions - progress" are helpful...
