Particulate contamination risk

Hi guys, I need some support in this matter. I need to make one risk assessment focused on particulate contamination in some inductive components manufacturing processes. Can anybody provide me some template or at least how to face this topic? I´ve read the VDA 19.1 and .2 standard but I am even more confused, after this.
Thx.

Hello jlzepol,

Since you mentioned VDA 19.1, am I right to assume you are in the automotive industry? What are you producing? The types of analysis are different for solids and liquids.

Leica Microsystems explains it somewhat, and lists more references at the bottom of their page.

Here is a scholarly article from the Polish Scientific Society of Combustion Engines.

I don't know what a template would look like, I believe it would vary according to the type of test you use.

I am not affiliated with Leica Microsystems.

@Jen Kirley, @Bev D ; thank you for the interest.
Yes, I´m into the automotive industry, and we produce small current transformers mainly (inductive components for EV). We´re familiar with FMEA and other risk assessment methods.
I will check links provided.
Thank´s again.
