INTERNAL COMMUNCATION OF QMS

I'm currently getting familiar with the API SPEC Q2 QMS and I came across a sub-clause (4.1.5.1), internal communication. In what way can an organization establish processes to ensure that customer requirements, legal requirements and other applicable requirements is communicated to the relevant functions within the organization.

Kick-off meeting comes to mind. We read the contract at that meeting. Unusual requirements are emphasized. From that meeting, an initial To-Do list gets published with tasks for every process owner. If necessary, a regulatory review is assigned to the appropriate person. The PM for the contract maintains the to-do list, and it gets reviewed in weekly project meetings.
