Right now we're going to check out QT9. Has anyone used them before?

Ideally looking for a comprehensive system for a 50 person company. IATF has priority, I think our 17025 docs can fit in there.

Some features we're looking for are a training matrix/program, preventative maintenance system, corrective actions, risk analysis, and basic document control.

Any suggestions?
Currently just using Microsoft Word and Excel on a local server.

Never found a software solution which does it all well. Typically, they do things which are software engineering related - document control, non-conformance reporting, escalations etc - really well. Other stuff, like section 4, or Internal audits etc. not so much.

Working with docs, and excell spreadsheets is really hard to work with, when you have many things to do. Online software is good It helps keeping up with all your documents. We don't have any yet but we will get something later. Search here in elsmar.com that's what im doing, and the people here are fantastic. :)

Yes! However, that’s not a QMS. People should not confuse a software QMS with document control. Software usually does a good job of document control.

Yeah, that's what I'm noticing.
Our current system works, but it's messy. I'd like to find something more efficient.
