Tracking Returns to Vendors

We have probably around 100 suppliers and have about 15 returns a month. This is really just a guess. I have only been with this company for two weeks to help with the quality program that is currently a big mess

Don't you have an MRP/ERP system that can do this for you? It may require someone to write s simple program but the raw information required will definitely be within such a system. Otherwise, your byer(s) should be keeping track of what has been returned to your suppliers because they will (ought to) be chasing replacements/reworked goods

Simple is best - an Excel spreadsheet is (IMHO) the easiest, least expensive option for something like this. It has the benefit of being easily modified to add additional criteria that you didn't think of at the start, etc.

I have seen some previous excel worksheets that you have shared and they have been a great ressource and starting point.
I might needo some assistance in adapting one of them for a new requirement can you help?
