I have been having some problems/glitches with GAGEpack as well - there is a contact number for you to reach out and speak with their customer service desk. I have found them to be very helpful in the past.

Hi @dheritier

Welcome to the Cove!

The situation you are describing is common when there are multiple monitors for your computer or laptop setup. When you open a Gage Card window, the GAGEpack program will reopen it in the same place (position) as the last session. So if you moved the Gage Card around to a second monitor and then closed it, then the next time it will open again on that second monitor.

If one of the monitors is unplugged, rearranged, or a laptop is undocked, then when the Gage Card is reopened, it can appear offscreen. Its open, but you just can't see it!

The Quick Fix:
Go down to the Taskbar for your computer and hover over the GAGEpack icon. You should see two windows pop-up, the main GAGEpack window and the second is the Gage Card window. Right-click on the Gage Card window and select "Move". Then use your keyboard's arrow keys. Try the left arrow for a few seconds and if that doesn't work, try the right arrow for a while. Eventually you will see the Gage Card window slowly come back onto the main monitor from offscreen. At that point you can re-grab the window with your mouse and move it around as desired. When you close the window and reopen, it will be right back where you left it.
