I am getting an error like this. Error 0 appears in anova, how can I fix it? i need urgent help. I beg you.

I would need more information. At this point I can only guess that you either do not have repeats, or that you have entered the data incorrectly such that Minitab does not recognize the repeats.

Can you paste a picture of your data format.

That was due to a misunderstanding with the moderators. Check your private messages (upper right) and email the file to me. I will post it for you.

The problem was as I suspected. The Taguchi analysis in Minitab expects there to be multiple repeat data in multiple columns (see example below, columns C11-C15). In the Analyze menu, Enter C11-C15 into the "Response data are in:" field.

Note: Repeats are multiple measurements taken during the same experimental run.
