Query regarding MS Excel usage

Hi,

I had a requirement from MS Excel.
Pls go through the Attachment

When I select "Turning" through Drop Down, F5 must become uneditable
When I select "Milling", D6, E6 & I6 must become uneditable

This helps me make requirements to the user more specific. Pls check & let me know if this is feasible

First, there's no drop downs in it that I can see.
Second, it is possible to change protection based on user input via VBA programming. But you'd be better off on an Excel forum than this forum.
