I am a bit confused with CMMI 2.0 and staged vs continuous representation. Can someone elaborate in layman terms?
In staged you needed to fulfill all PAs in an incremental fashion.
When can an organization be at CMMI Level 3 in 2.0?

- If I take all Practice Areas upto Level 5 and take them to ML 3 am I at CMMI Level 3?
- Alternatively if I take the first 20 PAs and take them to ML 5 am I still at CMMI Level 3?
