I found the article very interesting and I regret that it can not be read by non-ASQ Cove Members. While reading, I couldn't help but thinking: does a "passing" score indicate a smart test taker or actually an ability to apply in practice what's been learned? The word "competency" comes to mind: "Demonstrated ability to apply knowledge and skills."
