It serves as a legal record of the transaction, outlining the details of the items sold, the agreed-upon price, the terms and conditions of the sale, and both parties' acknowledgment of the exchange.

Sounds to me like you just made what you were looking for.
It doesn't have to look pretty, as long as all the information you'd like is on there and there is a signature from both parties.
Otherwise, I'm sure if you search on google you'll find a template. Whenever I purchase/sell a used vehicle I find a template on google and modify it for my needs.
