Hello Covers,

GALIA,JAMA,JAPIA and other groups, working jointly with AIAG have published the Automotive history of EDI. Simply put EDI (Electronic Data Interchange) is exchange of structured data in a standard format, that is machine readable by both, the customer and the supplier.

The news letter is here :

https://aiag.informz.net/admin31/co...&brandid=4002&ptid=28&uid=1001770251&mi=98823

The 32 page report on the subject is also available for free download

Hey Umang, I noticed the link you had placed was out of date - would it be possible for someone to post a link to the latest AIAG EDI page here? I can't do it because I don't have 10 posts. For those who may come across this old post like I did.
