I'm not sure at what point it becomes available, but you can write custom title. Click your screenname in the top right, then choose "Account details" from the dropdown list. Type whatever you want your custom title to be in the blank and save!

I guess you can actually put some more relevant items like a LinkedIn or Twitter...but I'd kind of like to keep my Twitter identity distinct from my Elsmar Cove identity. It's a lot less deviation management and a lot more deviancy.
