Solder Crack occurred at pin through hole lead lately. Leads are soft and unlikely it's due to handling that cause the solder crack. In a batch of 300 there will always be 3 to 5 pcs having such issue. What could be the cause?

The potential failure causes could be hundreds. A good starting point is to start root-cause analysis and check for similar failures in your PFMEA. You can share this as you go in the Cove and the people here will support. Also your input is very insufficient and even the best experts in soldering would struggle to direct you towards the root cause. A photo is worth a thousands words, share if possible.
