Got this today in my inbox. When I was involved with the AAQG/IAQG I always tried to provide additional information, so here it goes. It took me a while to find the supporting documents, now duly attached to this post.

^I agree. The only thing I really took away was the whole PBSRP thing won't be something my organization will be able to pursue. Of the few dozen customers we do work for, we only get customer provided performance data from Boeing and Lockheed.

Revision B of the Supplemental Rule 004 was released yesterday.

Apparently the IAQG is having a hard time maintaining configuration management of the certification scheme and suspended the transition process.

“…Purpose:
The IAQG has suspended 9104-1:2022, 9104-2:2023, and 9101:2022 transition to realign all the certification scheme standards, delta training, and OASIS v3 on a coordinated timeline. This issue of the Supplemental Rule (SR 004 Rev C) details how scheme entities shall maintain conformance.
Transition will be re-started when the realignment is complete, and a new timeline is communicated by the IAQG. …”
