Hello everyone.

I am trying to understand what the legal implications to accepting a Quality Manager Form 4 Post Holder position at a Part 21G approved organization in the UK are. I cannot seem to find much information on the CAA website.

Best regards.

For any Legal requirements consult EASA 1321/2014 which is Aviation Law.

Requirements for Form4 post holders are outlined within 145.A.30 - Personel requirements.
Form 4 holders can be anyone the company nominates however they must have an understanding of the regulations, products, organisation and the accountability assumed as a QM form 4 holder.

You might start with checking your references because with the BREXIT thingy the UK is telling starting to do its own thing and toss EASA. Like Sidney said...Lawyer up

So the CAA have adopted all EASA regulations, GM and AMC following BREXIT which outline everything a good Form 4 Holder should be aware of in practice and application.

Theres lots on the CAA and EASA websites.
