Hi Chelsea! I totally understand this situation. Dance training is expensive!! However, I see this program as a missing and needed component of training for most (if not all) dancers. The work you require of your body every day requires the right nutritional support and mindset in order to have success as a dancer.

If you don’t address those areas, it could completely devalue all of that training making it so much more challenging for you to get a job. If your parents aren’t willing/able to spend the money as just another thing – maybe ask them to give it to you as a gift for your birthday or a holiday. Or, you can save up and work towards purchasing it for yourself.

As always, I’m also doing my best to provide lots of resources at no cost so check out The Whole Dancer Podcast, Free webinars, weekly blog posts, cheat sheets, etc. On that note – if you ever have any specific resources you’d like me to create – reach out!!

What is your suggestion if I really really want to do the program but I cannot afford it?
My parent are paying for fulll time ballet training and they are not prepared to pay for something like this as well.
Many thanks
