Eudamed Registration

Hello everybody
I have a question about registration in Eudamed database.
We registered our company in Eudamed data base according to rules and we upload all the require document but it was rejected. there was sending us a notification that we should pay money for complete our registration as Authorized representative .
Do we should pay for this registration ?

we register as Authorised Representative

In which country is the Authorised Representative? There may be national requirements, as I believe the Competent Authority may have to review that registration.

Are you registered with your "National Institute of Pharmacy and Nutrition, Department of Medical Devices" to take on the responsibilities of an Authorised Representative?

no we just registered our company as Authorized representative

Rigeistered with who/what Organisation/Body?

but now this institute ask us to pay money for our registration in Eudamed
is this ok ?
I don't know any thing about this
