Calculating Carbon Footprint in the Organization

Hi Guys,

We are planning to start calculating Carbon footprint in our Organization to monitor & ensure it is reduced to the best possible extent.

Critical things we have planned to Monitor are

Carbon emission due to Petrol Diesel, LPG, Electricity, Food Consumption. (let me know if any parameter is missed out !!!)

Can anyone suggest how to calculate the Carbon emission due to Wastage of food (i've got values for Petrol Diesel, LPG, Electricity Online, could not find for food wastage) , so that with this numbers we can effectively communicate the importance to our employees.

Also, please let me know if any of you have experience in implementing this Monitoring parameter in your respective organization

Very likely this would be a de minimis factor, too inconsequential to spend time estimating.
