Of course. It will be on high grade paper with a shiny gold seal. I can also apply official-looking accreditation marks from ANAS and UKAB.
:lmao: Let me help you with the logos:

Hey! I want in on this! I have a brother who can print those certificates for a really low fee. He will use something which looks like gold, but is very cheap....He can also provide a small date counter which changes the date on the certificate (if monuted in a frame we can supply too) every three years by wireless once we get the client to pay their renewal fees.....

Re: ISO 10002:2004 Implementation Roadmap

I have just come out of our final 2008 transition audit.....successfully thank goodness, after many months and visits from our BSI assessor.

After the audit, when we were putting together the outline of our 3 year plan, the subject of 10002 was raised. The assessor suggested that we go for certification for part of the business within our scope that it would be relevant for. So BSI in the UK are definately offering 10002 for certification.

I did point out that i thought :notme: it was only a guidance document but it was confirmed that BSI were offering certification. My feeling is it is a good guidance document but that's what it is a guidance document and lilke many of you that have posted were curious to know how a major CB could offer certification to a guidance document, it is like offering certification to 9004.

In Section 0.2 of ISO 10002:2004, the following text is available:
This International Standard is not intended for certification or for contractual purposes.
Maybe you can ask them how they reconcile the offering and this part of the document.

Re: ISO 10002:2004 Implementation Roadmap

Hey Guys,

I just come across all possible customer satisfaction related topics on the web and found this one. I have to admit it got me from beginning to the end and it got me so much that I decided to comment :)

I did not go thru discussion row by row, but what I see is that when standard says 'not intended' it does not stop from actually certify..LOL

It would have been written more like 'it is not allowed' or sth like this. Then It would be built-in NC.

As long as this is ONLY 'not intended' , I guess its up to CB's lawyers and their understanding of written language logic and possible interpretations.

regards

A sucker and their money part ways very easily. While obviously ISO 10002 can be assessed against, it is not certifiable because it dos NOT contain requirements. How can a serious CB selectively disregard that statement of the document? When your only tool is a hammer, everything resembles a nail. When you only do "certification", I guess you think you should be able to certify anything against whatever. And suckers are willing to pay monies for the "badge".

I have already sent several emails to several people in the conformity assessment world that are so hot on preventing ISO 26000 certificates from being issued, but are derelict on other non certifiable standards.

And yet another case of an organization "certified" to ISO 10002, a non-certifiable standard.

Trakhees awarded ISO 10002:2004 Certification for Customer Service Excellence

Mar 5, 2012 - 10:33 -
WAM Dubai, March 5th, 2012 (WAM) -- The Environment, Health and Safety Section, which is part of the Department of Planning and Development (Trakhees) - Ports, Customs '&' Free Zone Corporation - has been awarded the ISO 10002:2004 certification, for implementation of its immediate and efficient customer service and feedback management system, by Lloyd's Register Quality Assurance (LRQA).

The certificate was presented by LRQA Area Manager for Middle East and Africa, Basem Obaid to Arif Al Dehail, CEO of Trakhees. Thus, Trakhees joins other global organizations focused on dealing with client feedback by means of a state-of-the-art system operating in accordance with approved international standards and best practices.

LRQA congratulated Trakhees on receiving the ISO 10002:2004 certification, and considered it as a worthy continuation of the series of certifications already issued by Lloyd's to Trakhees-EHS; namely ISO 9001 for quality management, ISO 14001 for environmental quality management systems, and OHSAS 18001 for professional health and safety.

Arif Al Dehail stressed that receiving the ISO 10002:2004 certification for the immediate and efficient customer feedback management system has been the result of the Department's firm commitment to improving the services provided to its customers, which constitutes a priority for all Trakhees sections. He commended the great efforts exerted by the work team to satisfy customer needs and requirements and to devise adequate and efficient, customer-specific, solutions. He stated that customer satisfaction was an essential element of quality and excellence, and asserted the fact that Trakhees was keen on applying international best practices in facilitating customer service procedures.

EHS is in charge of all matters related to health, safety and the environment in Dubai's development areas. Its competence encompasses various far-reaching fields including, real estate development projects, ports, industrial activities, free zones and other business activities. Receiving this international certification is a strong motive for Trakhees to elevate its standards for enhancing customer service.
