I spoke with the engineer and we decided that we will get an initial verification report and use it as a "reference" check for 3 months to see if we have any fallout. If not, we will provide it to our maintenance department and add it to their PMs as a check. Does this sound legit? I also learned that there was some implementation in the machine to help prevent this issue in the future. Also we noticed this before it reached the customer. We found this at our end process when trying to scan the QR code, it wouldnt scan because of the overlap. They made the code smaller and adjusted the machine to better locate the QR.
