After reading this thread, if I just use GR&R sheets I do not need to fill in the other sheets. Also, is it ok to use two sets of measurements of te samples?

If you are only interested in the R&R study, you do not need to fill in data for the linearity or stability study tabs.

However, the R&R study requires data in one tab, and requires that you enter some additional data on the report tab (e.g., tolerance, alpha value, ANOVA table number, etc.).

Any update on the worksheet so far compliance to the 4th ed changes in computations?

Hello,

I have attached GAGE R&R ANOVA acc. MSA 4.th edition which also reflects the different Situations of your Samples.

Version 8 is now valid with minor MS Calculation Modification fits now with
Ford Software Callibration data.

if you see on sheet 'stability', below the table, calculated 'bias" and used t 0.5 = 1.662. Why you took 1.662 as t0.5?
