Becoming a successful manager of a spacecraft company

What if I would like to provide rockets with eco-engines?
And you mentioned that you had worked with "rocket scientists". Could you please tell about your experience?
Yep, worked here a few time (ID tag) Becoming a successful manager of a spacecraft company , along with Aerojet and a couple others in years past. (as others here in the Cove might have done as well). During part of my time assisting Aerojet on some MS stuff they had received a couple Russian engines to help with the fuel pumping and were doing some work on the RS-68.

"Could you please tell about your experience?" My experience? Stated above much more and I'd violate confidentiality.

You'll find that there are many here with experiences you probably couldn't grasp, careful with challenges.

Eco-Engines? Good luck, it's kinda like when I was drag racing back in the late 60's and into the 70's, it went from cubic inches to cubic dollars, and right now Eco-Engines are way advanced engineering needed and $$$$$ required from what I understand.

Wanna talk helicopters next?

A capable project manager is informed, decisive, tenacious, and a strong risk manager, in addition to being at least somewhat well-organized. The project manager must be familiar with all elements of the project, including its objectives, requirements, obstacles, and risks.
