I like the format and idea behind it Brian. Think I will do something similar for something I've been thinking about at work if that is OK. I hope you won't mind if I plagiarize some of it and modify other bits as I need. Lazy I know but it will save time to modify your sheet than start from scratch.

By all means, go for it. If you get an opportunity to re-post a revised copy in this thread, I'd be happy to see what you've come up with.

BTW what is the etiquette of using documents attached to posts? Anything I would post (nothing worthy of this site yet) I would consider public domain and free for anyone to use but is this right?

Any attachment posted here would be in the public domain. This (broken link removed) explains it a little further.

Brian

Sorry to disagree with you Jan but I wouldn't let most managers near a Powerpoint presentation for management review! I agree with your view that they should present on their own processes but Powerpoint? Well if they must, a maximum of 3 slides each!

I have attached an example of a format for an integrated management review, feel free to use it if it helps you or use what you want of it and modify the rest. As Jan said, be sure to assign actions with timescales etc.
Thanks a lot very usefull but I have a doubt on MRM output. How to write a MRM out put do you have any template like this to fill the MRM out put??

I make an "action items" slide for each slide in the review. These capture the output of action items in a nice organized way and I fill them in after the meeting based on the minutes. No idea if that's the best way to do it, just what I came up with when I came into this role and had to own management review which had not really been developed at all.
