0 non conformities in registrar audits over 4 years

0 for an audit or 2 for 3 standards maybe, but highly unlikely. I've seen it for maybe one or 2 of the standards but not all 3, something always seems to spring a leak somewhere.

Not unusual. We also have had 0 non conformities (ISO:9001:2015) for the last few years (some OFI's) but have averaged 3 internal audit non conformities over the same time frame. There is a lot of time spent by the CB on our internal audits each visit verifying our corrective actions.
