Technically true, but the general public usually only knows about the average - and for most cases, it is "close enough". Also, most measurement scales are terminated at the low end (zero) but not the high, so usually there are more than 50% above the average, such as with salaries.

Measurement method would be highly variable here. And depending on who's doing the rating, zero might not hold up as the lower boundary on the scale :)

I often wondered if my increasing disappointment with Presidents of the USA grew as I grew older because they were getting worse or I saw them as just other people trying to figure it all out. I'm quite cynical now and just hope leaders wont make huge mistakes.

That.... is a true statement. His list of naughty words that he came up with like... 50 years ago, has become industry standard/ accepted as censored words.

I learned some even better words and phrases in the Marines and as a cop but I won't use them here and only amongst a select few:whistle:
