I get the first part, but the second part is confusing. Are you not supposed to:
1) purchase Chinese made toys harvested with child labor, or
2) purchase cocoa leaves harvested with Chinese made toys?

A purchase order I'm reviewing contains an alpha numeric quality note reference, which requires me to go to the customer's website and find their decoder ring document that you make an entry in, which then tells you what this quality note means.

The answer for this one is " no quality note required ".

Waterboarding instruction?

They didn't get into specifics - I'd imagine you could pick up waterboarding from YouTube or the like. I figured it meant learning how to keep your mouth shut and not say anything that would compromise ongoing negotiations.
