I am having problem in saving most of the attached files under this sub-forum. Invalid file name always show up. I don't encounter any problem in saving attached files in other forums. Can someone help me to avoiding having to rename most the files? Thanks in adance!

Our company has implemented all 5S's and we conduct every second month an audit in all the work areas. Can we use your form to conduct audits to see whether the departments are sustaining the 5S programme?
